Sesotec is a leading specialist in industrial sorting technology. As a manufacturer of sorting systems for over 40 years, our recycling sorting systems cover the entire range of contaminant removal and sorting of material flows: from an automatic sorting system designed to handle larger objects, to machines that focuses on the delicate task of removing small particles. 

Our sorting machines have a modular design. Depending on the application, we can combine various sensors, detectors, and separators in a single machine. Separation systems (air blast nozzles, flaps, etc.) remove undesired materials from the material flow with precision down to the millisecond, increasing the material yield.

FLAKE PURIFIER+

Multi-sensor sorting systems FLAKE PURIFIER+ for recycling plastics are specifically suited to sorting plastic flakes, such as PET, HDPE and mixed plastic flakes. Thanks to a modular design, several sensors can be combined, making it possible to sort out coloured flakes, metals and foreign plastic components with precision and reliability.

divide mixed material flows into uniform fractions. The material (e.g. PET bottles, electrical waste, scrap metal and household waste) reaches the detection area optimally scattered by way of a fast-moving conveyor belt. Once there, sensors “scan” the material flow based on colour, shape and type of material. A metal sensor detects metals, with optional detection of stainless steels as well. The electronic analysis assembly then activates the air ejection unit with exact timing and positioning, which removes the contaminants from the material flow.

Our free-fall systems integrate quickly and easily into your existing piping. Thanks to innovative HRF technology, the systems have the highest scanning sensitivity for all metals and automatically remove metallic contaminants with the right reject mechanisms depending on the material’s properties.
