Aerolock™ Rotary Valves
Coperion K-Tron Aerolock™ rotary valves are backed by more than 50 years of experience-tested design and applications. We are continually upgrading our line, which currently includes more than 150 models and sizes of rotary valves.

Diverter Valves
Coperion K-Tron diverter valves direct material from one source to multiple destinations. The cylindrical, cast housing provides a smooth, low resistance path for the conveying air and material.

Vacuum Sequencing Receivers
Coperion K-Tron vacuum receivers handle powder, pellet, regrind or granular materials in a self-contained or central vacuum conveying system.

Blower Packages

Bin and Hopper Fabrication
Coperion K-Tron offers several bin and hopper solutions from bag dump stations with integral dust control to simple bag dump hoppers where no filtration is required.

Butterfly Gates
The butterfly gate controls gravity flow discharge from storage bins or hoppers.

Filter Receivers
The filter receiver provides automatic material-from-air separation. Efficient performance of the filter receiver is achieved through the proper selection of filter media and the correct air-to-cloth ratio.

In Line Filters
Inline filters provide additional blower protection from material fines that may carry over to the blower’s inlet.

Cyclones
With material suitable for cyclonic separation, cyclones prove to be effective as filterless pneumatic receivers. Cyclones have no moving parts, no bags to clean and and plant air and electricity are not needed for operation.

Bin Vents
Mounted on top of a storage tank, a bin vent filters the exhaust air and allows the tank to breathe.
