A full container inspection for detecting foreign objects and material defects

The HEUFT spotter SF identifies low density foreign objects which are floating in the product or have sunk to the bottom such as foil remnants, bits of paper, insects and mould in glass and PET bottles filled with transparent liquids just as reliably as scratches, cracks, inclusions, chips, breaks and other material defects.  The optical examination covers the complete container volume and even includes such areas which have been deemed impossible to be inspected until now:  even faults hidden behind the dome or covered by the base edge and other structures are reliably tracked down using an in-house developed detection technology. Furthermore the system is able to take over the fill level, closure, leakage and label check.

HEUFT eXaminer XAC

Foreign object inspection for liquid, paste-like and spreadable food

Foreign objects in containers filled with liquid, paste-like or spreadable food are a real safety risk.  Therefore it is important to track them down whilst still on the production line and to remove the packages in question early enough from the production flow.  The compact HEUFT eXaminer XAC, in accordance with the hygiene-friendly HEUFT CleanDesign, continuously monitors the product safety and identifies minute glass splinters, small pieces of metal, plastic particles, wood shavings and many other types of contamination even in non-transparent products.  It consistently rejects contaminated containers.
