They can be equipped, depending on the type of application, with various peelers for “contact“ labelling or with pneumatic applicators for air blast labelling. All of these can be furnished with printing devices and are available in various widths

BASIC 120

1000 series

The Basic is a labeller of contained weight and footprint. Thanks to a special return it can have variable geometry, with the reel housing in two possible positions or even remoted.

• 120mm / 4.72” label liner maximum width
• Ideal for installation inside any packaging machine
• Independent control unit which is independent and can be located wherever most practical for the operator (cable length: 3 metres / 9.84 feet)

DYNAMIC 120

EASY 160

The Easy is an efficient labeller, very simple to be used by any operator.

• 160mm / 6.30” label liner maximum width
• Built on a solid aluminium alloy casting.
• A safe and most robust machine, designed to last over time
• Little footprint on the production line thanks to its “vertical” development
• Large diameter reel housing for long duration

Very easy to use thanks to all the controls being concentrated in a single panel including 3 multi-turn potentiometers (with blocking device) to adjust:

• Dispensing speed
• Label position on the peeler (advance dispensing)
• Labelling point (application delay) removing the need for manual movement of the product detection sensor.

EVOLUTION 160/240

The Evolution is a state of the art labeller, extraordinarily versatile, complete with all kinds of accessories and able to satisfy almost any application requirement.

• Available in the versions for reel with liner of 160mm / 6.30” or 240mm / 9.45” maximum width
• Built on a solid aluminium alloy casting.
• A safe and most robust machine, designed to last over time
• Little footprint on the production line thanks to its “vertical” development
• Large diameter reel housing for long duration
• Expansion rewinder mandrel
• Advanced control unit, which is remotable and can be located on the side opposite the machine body or wherever most practical for the operator (cable length: 3 metres / 9.84 feet)

Thanks to the POWERKIT, a normal Evolution 160 or 240 labeller can be equipped with a Sato or Zebra print module.

WIND 80/240

The Wind is a high performance labeller for applications requiring high speed, frequency and precision.

• Available in the versions for reel with liner of 80mm / 3.15” or 240mm / 9.45” maximum width

EVOLUTION 160/240
Powerkit

Thanks to the POWERKIT, a normal Evolution 160 or 240 labeller can be equipped with a Sato or Zebra print module.

Compared to print apply machines with pneumatic applicator, the POWERKIT offers the following advantages:

• Very high production frequency. The absence of pneumatic actuators frees the labelling from the downtime of cylinder transfer. Moreover, thanks to the “label queue”, the print module works continuously, both during labelling and in the time running between the arrival of one product and the next
• Employment of the print module at a lower speed (better resolution and less wear)
• Ideal for wrap around labelling
• It allows for the employment of labels of very different formats without the need to replace the label pad
• Better dispensing precision
• Possibility of employment excluding the print module, limiting wear to the head
• It can be installed at any time (even as retrofit)
