The Serac Group designs and manufactures packaging solutions primarily for dairy products, edible oils, as well as home and personal care products.

PACKAGING MANUFACTURING

Our expertise in bottle manufacturing is the result of a strategic move initiated in 2010 when a stake in Agami (PS and PP bottle manufacturing) was acquired. In 2013 Serac introduced its first PET bottle blowing machine.

PACKAGING DECONTAMINATION

Our expertise in container decontamination increases the value-added of Serac’s ultra-clean and aseptic filling machines. We design and/or integrate innovative container decontamination and closing systems that are both efficient and environmentally friendly.

FILLING

Serac has over forty years experience in machine manufacturing for bottle filling with liquid products and has more recently acquired expertise in food product filling in preformed cups.

CAPPING, SEALING

Our capping and sealing expertise is based on decades of machine manufacturing to seal and cap bottles or containers, combined with the experience we have acquired in the design of closing systems for food products in preformed cups.

TURNKEY LINES

Our expertise in providing turnkey lines lies in the collaboration between Serac’s skilled engineers and their partners, specialized in the production of specific line components (conveyors, palletizers, labellers). This synergy enables us to be our customers single go-to contact for genuine customized solutions, from container filling to palletizing.

LIFE CYCLE SERVICES

Our Life Cycle Support adds value to the production tool by considering its entire life cycle. Serac provides support and advice in engineering, installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance, retrofits, upgrades, training, tooling, performance enhancing, spare parts.
